Who runs this site

This website is run by Tom Kinsella, trading as TKIMUSE, based in Royal Leamington Spa, UK. Questions about your information can be sent via the contact form or to tom@tkimuse.com.

What the contact form collects

When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name and email address, plus any optional details you choose to add: company or studio, project name, project type, development stage, music requirement, budget, website, reference links and your message.

Your internet address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and block spam. It is not stored alongside your enquiry.

How your enquiry is used

Your details are used only to read and reply to your enquiry. The form emails your enquiry directly to Tom through an email delivery service; the site does not keep an enquiry database.

Your information is never sold, shared for marketing or added to a mailing list. Tom keeps enquiry emails only for as long as they are useful for the conversation or any resulting work.

Embedded music and video

Music and video on this site are provided by Spotify, SoundCloud and YouTube. Their players may connect to those services when the relevant page or section loads. YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced embeds where available. These services may process technical information and may use their own storage or cookies under their privacy policies; media does not start playing automatically.

Links to those services, and to other sites such as GameDev Market and Linktree, take you to websites with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Third-party media services may use their own storage or cookies as described above.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent. Get in touch and Tom will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
